My name is Leighton Ewers.  I make country music... pure and simple.   

My inspirations are not big names that everyone knows in modern country music.  I am inspired by local singer songwriters that have true grit.  The brave souls I personally know that tell the real...

their truth spills from the hurt and heart they face through lyrics and melodies.

I have proudly devoted twenty-two years serving as a First Responder/Paramedic.  My professional experiences serve as catalysts for my country music.  My song "The Burden" for example, sheds light on my personal entanglements with PTSD

and the daily emergent. 

I truly hope my listeners receive as much enjoyment from my songs as I do creating them.
